Customers of Swiftsure Yachts now have representation on the West and East coasts of the United States. Pete McGonagle, one of the founding partners of Swiftsure Yachts, has relocated to Rhode Island where he will continue serving clients as Swiftsure’s East Coast representative. 
“It’s great to be back in Rhode Island where I spent the first 25 years of my life cruising, racing and fishing. Over the last 20 years Swiftsure Yachts has sold so many new and used boats that are now on the east coast. Being able to service these boats from the same time zone is a big benefit for our clients,” says McGonagle.
Pete, along with Brad Baker and Scott Fuller, started Swiftsure Yachts in 2002 with a focus on quality boats and customer service. Since its inception over 20 years ago, Swiftsure Yachts has sold over 900 boats in every corner of the world. Along with Pete’s transition to the East Coast, Ryan Helling and PJ Baker will continue managing the brokerage’s operations from the Seattle office. Ryan joined Swiftsure as a broker in 2007 and became an owner in 2010. PJ (partner of co-founder Brad Baker) has been working at Swiftsure Yachts since 2006.
The Swiftsure Yachts brokerage team now has a larger reach than ever. Ryan Helling, Kurt Hoehne, Ken Monaghan, and Molly Howe are located in Seattle; Bob Schoonmaker on Bainbridge Island; Bill Niedringhaus in Anacortes, WA; Allison Lehman in San Francisco, CA; and Pete McGonagle in Rhode Island.
