Well built, well upgraded and re-powered, Nordic V is turn-key ready for her next owners. The Pedersen 45 Cutter is a versatile pilothouse design that was custom built by British Columbia boat builder Peter Pedersen. The design features dual helms: an interior pilothouse helm station and a helm in the well protected center cockpit. Below the waterline the design features a very modern hull shape. This, combined with a proportionally slender beam of 13-feet and a cored hull, provide the boat with a remarkably quick hull speed.
Flush decks with a fresh finish of Kiwi Grip make for safe and comfortable footing for working and maneuvering while aboard. The standard height life lines were replaced by a raised custom welded aluminum railing. A custom stern arch with dinghy davits and a brand new custom swim grid dress the stern.
The overall size and layout of the vessel makes it an ideal candidate for many local and extended cruising adventures. Excellent live-aboard potential, too. Taking her higher than average condition and recent upgrades into consideration, Nordic V offers an exceptional value for a pilothouse of this size and quality.
