STEERING AND KEEL

GIVE’R has dual wheel steering with twin rudders offering exceptional offshore redundancy. Because each helm station and independent steering cable drives its own rudder, a breakage in one system leaves the second fully functional for steerage, as a solid connecting drag link ensures both blades stay perfectly synchronized.  This design also offers better cockpit space, improved visibility, and superior handling when heeled. GIVE’R lifting keel offers the ultimate convenience of combining deep-water sailing performance with shallow-water accessibility.  The keel lifts to the height of the rudders and according to her designer she can be beached (not tired by owners).
