Accommodations
OBERON's interior is finished in warm teak joinery that remains well maintained, with a light, open saloon brightened by an overhead hatch, opening ports and fixed hull windows. The two-cabin, one-head layout sleeps six: two in the forward V-berth, two in the aft double and two on the converted saloon dinette. A Webasto diesel heater (2019) keeps the boat comfortable through the shoulder seasons and winter.
Forward Cabin: A V-berth fills the forward cabin, with storage beneath and a fresh water tank below the berth. A large opening hatch overhead provides light, ventilation and a secondary emergency exit.
Main Saloon: The saloon has a settee to port and a dinette to starboard that converts to a double berth. An overhead opening hatch with built-in screen and shade, opening ports in the cabin sides and fixed windows in the hull keep the space bright. The house batteries live under the starboard dinette seat.
Navigation Station: A chart table sits to port at the aft end of the settee. It houses the combined AC/DC distribution panel and the Simrad RS35 VHF/AIS (2019).
Galley: The galley is aft to port, convenient to the companionway. It is equipped with:
- Hillerange two-burner gimbaled LPG stove and oven with crash bar, flame safety shutoffs and remote solenoid
- Samsung microwave oven
- Double stainless-steel sinks with pressure hot and cold water
- Icebox with Adler Barbour 12V refrigeration
- Water heater (2020)
Head: The enclosed head is aft to starboard. It has an electric flush toilet, a sink with a pull-out faucet that doubles as a shower wand, a shower curtain, and a sump pump for the shower drain.
Aft Cabin: Reached through a door aft of the saloon, the aft cabin has a large double berth extending beneath the cockpit. A second fresh water tank is under the berth, and the engine is easily accessed from here and from beneath the companionway steps.

Deck & Hull
OBERON's hull is solid fiberglass with an internal fiberglass liner and frames bonded to the hull for stiffness. The deep-draft fin keel with bulb carries 4,000 lbs of external ballast bolted to the hull, and steering is by a partially balanced spade rudder of cored fiberglass on a stainless steel post. The deck is cored fiberglass with a molded nonskid surface, joined to the hull with a shoebox-style joint capped by an aluminum and vinyl rubrail. Topsides are white gelcoat with blue boot and cove stripes.
The cockpit is a highlight of the 320 design: long seats, a pedestal table, cockpit cushions, and a walk-through transom with a removable seat section that opens to a molded swim platform with a fold-down swim and boarding ladder. The mainsheet traveler is mounted on the cabin top forward of the companionway, keeping the cockpit free of hardware. Sail controls are led aft to the cabin top so most sail handling can be done from the cockpit.
